LeadManaging (powered by National Efficiency Systems Inc.) is looking to expand our team to help influence the fast-changing world of technology in property management! 

The LeadManaging system is a platform for property management companies that is optimizing the way property managers communicate with prospective renters to streamline the residential leasing sales funnel from lead to lease. Providing lead traffic, performance and conversion data in real time, NES serves some of the largest residential property management companies in Canada.

LeadManaging is seeking a loyal, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our growing team who has the following experience/skills to provide support for internal and external clients:  

  • Encourages a positive attitude in the workplace  
  • Demonstrates adaptability and ability to think outside of the box – there is lots of that here!  
  • Takes ownership of personal actions and outcomes and makes good judgement calls
  • Proven experience as a dedicated team member who strives to serve internal and external clients  
  • Proficiency and high level of confidence working with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and other internet applications  
  • Understands the convenience and availability of technology – encourages automated processes  
  • Superb people, organization, troubleshooting, analysis, planning, precision detail and multitasking skills - That’s not too much to ask, is it?  
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must!


Daily responsibilities consist of (not limited to):  

  • Work closely with Client Accounts Manager to provide day to day support and assistance with internal and external client needs  
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential system or use case issues and determine resolutions  
  • Respond professionally and timely to client ad hoc requests  
  • Coordinate and perform application tests, including end-user QA, for system modifications  
  • Extract data from the system and prepare reports for end-users and management  


Desired education and experience:  

  • At least 2 years of post-secondary education or 3 or more years of relevant experience  
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; French is an asset  
  • Experience working in the rental/real estate industry is an extreme asset


This is a full-time position (9am-5pm) at our office in downtown Galt (Cambridge).
